Knight Frank has appointed Stephen Clifton to the newly created role of UK managing partner.
Clifton will step up from his role as Knight Frank head of commercial, which he has held since 2018.
Head of commercial consultancy Tim Robinson will take over the head of commercial role, with Clifton and Robinson’s promotions effective from 1 April next year.
William Beardmore-Gray, senior partner and group chair of Knight Frank, said: “Stephen’s extensive experience, collaborative leadership style and passion for Knight Frank means he is exceptionally well suited to the role of our first UK managing partner. Tim Robinson is an outstanding operator and leader with a breadth of experience in both transactional and consultancy roles. He will be an exceptional successor to Stephen Clifton.”
