Cornish housebuilder Legacy Properties has secured planning permission to deliver 40 new homes in Goonhavern, near Newquay.
The new homes are part of the second and final phase of The Grange development. Construction of the first phase of 30 homes is now complete, with all homes reserved.
The new homes will comprise a mix of three-bedroom homes through to larger four- and five-bedroom detached family homes. More than half of the homes will be allocated as genuinely affordable housing, including a pair of wheelchair accessible bungalows.
