Till AM has secured a hat trick of deals at the Exchange Quay office campus in Manchester.
Ylem Energy, Renault Retail Group UK and global fashion supply chain business Li & Fung have taken more than 7,400 sq ft across the 435,000 sq ft scheme, which is located on Salford Quays waterfront.
Les Lang, director, asset manager at Till AM, said: “Securing three businesses from very different sectors demonstrates the broad appeal of Exchange Quay. Occupiers are prioritising quality environments that support staff wellbeing, offer flexibility and provide more than just desk space. Occupiers are increasingly drawn to the campus’ external space and facilities.”
Dominic Pozzoni, from Colliers, joint letting agent at the scheme, added: “We’re seeing sustained demand for fitted and furnished suites, particularly from occupiers seeking speed of occupation and cost certainty. Exchange Quay’s ability to offer self-contained buildings, as well as high quality suites within a vibrant campus setting gives it a clear competitive edge.”
James Dickinson, from Canning O’Neill, joint letting agent at the scheme, said: “These lettings highlight a continued shift in search patterns, with businesses looking beyond the core city centre to locations that can offer better parking, outdoor space and a sense of place. Exchange Quay ticks all of those boxes, whilst being just minutes from Manchester city centre via the tram network.”
