London Square has secured planning consent to transform the vacant Wimbledon Bridge House office building into a mixed-use development.
The building, which sits at the heart of the town centre opposite Wimbledon train station, was built in 1989.
London Square will now move ahead with plans to extend and reconfigure the building into 123 one-, two- and three-bed apartments alongside circa 27,000 sq ft of commercial floorspace.
