Lazari has relocated its head office from Greater London House in Camden to 28 George Street in Mayfair.
The company has moved into 9,800 sq ft over three floors of the building, which it acquired in 2022. It has recently undertaken a substantial refurbishment of 28 George Street, which was designed by architects Morrow + Lorraine.
In extending the reception area, remodelling the fifth floor and creating a shared terrace, Lazari has reused around 25% of construction materials, including steel, slates, bricks and high-value materials.
Lazari is targeting NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and an EPC A rating for the refurbished building, where an additional 11,500 sq ft of space is available to let.
