McLaren Property has received planning permission for a 170-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development on Hinton Road in Bournemouth.
The eight-storey building, which will feature an Art Deco style façade inspired by the architectural history of the area, has been designed by WGP Architects.
The on-site amenity provision will include a ground floor gym and student lounge with open courtyard and a rooftop lounge and large south facing terrace, with views across Bournemouth beach, Sandbanks and Dorset peninsular beyond.
Construction of the BREEAM Excellent, zero gas building is expected to commence in summer 2024.
