Tri7 and joint venture partner Fusion Group have secured planning permission for a 541-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Loughborough.
The nine-storey building, which will be built on a derelict brownfield site at Limehurst Avenue adjacent to the Grand Union Canal Basin, will be delivered in time for the 2027/28 academic year.
Designed by architects Costorphine & Wright, the development will feature outdoor amenity space that encourages wellbeing, a spa-led recovery facility on-site to support a fitness lifestyle, study spaces and a library.
