MediaCity has appointed Colliers to its roster of agents tasked with filling workspace at the Salford development.
Colliers joins CBRE and Canning O’Neill in finding occupiers for MediaCity’s Orange, Blue, White, and Tomorrow buildings, as well as future developments as part of the area’s next phase of growth and development.
Stephen Kirk, head of asset management for MediaCity, said: “From the off, Colliers have got stuck in. They have great belief in the MediaCity development and its occupier growth potential as we enter the next phase of expansion. We’re delighted to bring them into the fold and are very excited for what they’re undoubtedly going to deliver.”
Dominic Pozzoni, director and head of Manchester office at Colliers, added: “MediaCity has created a phenomenal, well-established mixed-use development that has attracted both UK and international occupiers, and we are honoured and privileged to be involved with the operation.
“Manchester remains the largest and fastest growing economy outside of London and is considered to provide a world class offer for a wide array of sectors, with many businesses making the move to the city. Given MediaCity is due to increase in size over the next decade it is perfectly placed to capitalise on this trend, and Colliers is extremely well placed to support the team on this journey.”
