Singapore-owned metals recycler Jedi Temple Group has acquired a 2.35-acre waste site at 24 Ebury Road in Kings Norton, Birmingham, for £3.21m.

This acquisition marks the beginning of a broader expansion strategy, with plans to add more recycling yards over time. Ed Bunbury, a partner at Bromwich Hardy, which sold the property on behalf of the Fox family, added: “This sale once again shows that robust confidence in the industrial property market continues to emerge despite international volatilities. Jedi Temple Group is a metals recycling business owned by a Singapore-based group and they were keen to make use of this established site, which already has all the necessary consents.
“Twenty four Ebury Road has a solid concrete base and benefits from an open, lean-to building fitted with solar panels to the north. As well as the large open storage space, the front of the site has two temporary office buildings, with car parking, and there is secure gated access from Tunnel Lane.”
