The National Highways agency is selling a portfolio of 55 parcels of land at auction later this month.
The lots, which will appear in Pugh’s online auction on 24 September, range from small roadside plots to larger potential development sites across the country.
The portfolio includes a half-acre semi-rural site in Rossendale with a £7,500 guide price and a landlocked acre of land in Horwich, Bolton, adjacent to a recent residential development, with a £5,000 guide price.
