XLB and Pictet Alternative Advisors have let 5,771 sq ft of office space at 35 Dale Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter to Network Digital Marketing.
The company is relocating to the fully fitted and furnished first floor suite from flexible workspace in Ancoats. A further 10,115 sq ft of fully fitted office space, comprising two suites of 7,946 sq ft and 2,169 sq ft, is currently being delivered in the building.
Daniel Barnes, director in the Manchester office agency team at Savills, which acted on behalf of XLB and Pictet on the letting, said: “35 Dale Street is an excellent building in the heart of the Northern Quarter and will provide a fantastic home for Network Digital Marketing. The first floor was originally configured as two separate suites, but the landlord agreed to open up the space to create a single, larger floorplate, which proved instrumental in attracting demand in the market. The local area continues to thrive, with businesses attracted by the vibrancy and amenity offering of the Northern Quarter’s retail, leisure and hospitality scene.”
David Cawley, CFO of Network Digital Marketing, added: “35 Dale Street captures something we were looking for from the outset: the character and history of Manchester’s Northern Quarter, paired with a contemporary, energetic place to work. Few places blend the two as well, and it gives us exactly the kind of space a modern digital marketing business needs. It is a home we can grow into as we move into our next phase.”
Savills and Knight Frank are joint leasing agents at 35 Dale Street.
