Proptech firm Node Technologies has recruited Matt Davidson from Avison Young as senior director of real estate.
At Avison Young Davidson was head of UK clients and business development and prior to that he was head of UK portfolio and specialist markets at CBRE.
Davidson will head up Node’s London office, with responsibility for building the Manchester-based proptech firm’s presence in Central London and regional markets.
