PATRIZIA has opened the doors on its new international hub on Endell Street in London’s Covent Garden.
The hub is the group’s largest global office location outside of its Germany-based headquarters and brings together PATRIZIA’s 200 UK-based employees under one roof.
Working with lead architect Buckley Gray Yeoman and interior design studio BGY ID, PATRIZIA’s real estate development and asset management teams have delivered an extensive brown-to-green refurbishment of the Victorian building, which was a hospital in the 18th century and more recently the former hClub private members’ club.
The circa three-year development programme comprised major façade and internal structural interventions, and the full fit-out of five floors spanning circa 48,000 sq ft. One of central London’s largest film studios was retained as part of the development.
On-site amenities include a ground floor café, gym, family room, contemplation room, conference room, bar and restaurant, landscaped roof terrace, private client lounge and end of journey facilities on the ground floor.
During construction, more than 98% of all onsite waste was recycled and the building has secured an EPC B and BREEAM Excellent rating.
