Pegasi has appointed Knight Frank and Savills as letting agents on the 120,000 sq ft refurbishment of the Fresh Wharf office scheme in the City of London.

Designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, the refurbishment will provide a landmark HQ building adjacent to London Bridge overlooking the River Thames.

The building will feature a new tenth floor amenity pavilion with communal roof terrace, a new double-height lobby linking Lower Thames Street with the river walkway, a ground floor café with riverside seating, a destination restaurant and enhanced public realm.

A spokesperson from Pegasi said: “The long-term view informs our approach across all assets, whether office, residential or retail and people sit at the heart of that; if the location is right, the building works and the service is outstanding, people stay. We’ve had the privilege of providing a home to many successful businesses over the years and are really looking forward to welcoming new occupiers to what we believe is going to be a very special place to be.”

Josh Lamb, a director in Savills’ Central London agency team, added: “We’re delighted to have been appointed by Pegasi on this stand out scheme in a wonderfully prominent location on the Thames. The high-quality design, sustainability credentials, statement architecture, best-in-class amenities, and frontage right on to the river all set this building apart from the crowd. Its delivery in 2026 is also well timed with an increasingly tight supply on high-quality, prime, office space coming through in Central London.”

The refurbishment works are due to commence in Q1 2025 and the scheme will be available for occupation from Q2 2026.
