Pictet Alternative Advisors has acquired a 78,000 sq ft warehouse let to retailer Dunnes Stores in north western Dublin for an undisclosed price.
Located in Stadium Business Park, the asset, which was comprehensively refurbished in 2022, benefits from good connectivity to key infrastructure, including Dublin International Airport and Dublin Port Tunnel.
Following completion of the deal, Pictet Alternative Advisors has assembled a 256,000 sq ft platform of logistics properties in Dublin.
