Principal Asset Management has appointed Guido Beddig as managing director.
Beddig, who has more than 20 years of international experience in investment, asset and property management, will head up the asset management team in Europe.
Most recently, he worked at TREUREAL Property Management, and prior to that he held senior management positions at companies including DIC, Kintyre and Corestate.
In his new role, he will strategically and operationally develop Principal Asset Management’s European platform focusing on real estate.
He will report directly to Guillaume Masset (head of transactions and asset management Europe) and will assume responsibility for the asset management activities of Principal Asset Management’s European portfolio.
