Fairlight Devonshire has secured planning consent for the 58,000 sq ft redevelopment of New Devonshire House in Bromley.
The redevelopment will provide a 10-storey Grade A office building with a communal sky deck, bar and sky garden, plus 78 cycle spaces and EV charging facilities.
Ian Dollamore, founder of Urban Infill, which secured planning consent for the redevelopment, said: “The changing priorities of workers and their employers presents a unique design challenge to try and reimagine workspaces fit for the modern world.
