Rula Developments has secured planning consent for a 225,000 sq ft logistics building at its 30-acre Winsford Gateway site in Cheshire.
Winsford Gateway is located at the northern entrance to the wider 380-acre Winsford Industrial Estate, just five miles from M6 Junction 19. The WG225 unit will occupy a 14-acre serviced plot.
