Sandyford Properties has appointed Jason Goss as head of building surveying.
Goss, who has more than 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, joins Sandyford from LCP Ltd UK, a commercial property investment and management company within the M Core Group, where he was director of estates. Prior to that, he was a director at JLL in the Midlands.
In his new role, Goss will lead Sandyford’s building surveying function with responsibility for technical due diligence, capital investment planning, leasehold compliance and dilapidations and long-term building maintenance. He will also advise on acquisition surveys and planning, in addition to supporting special projects.
