Savills has bolstered its central London dilapidations and lease management team with two new hires.
Adam Nash (pictured), who has almost 20 years’ experience in the property sector, joins as a director from Avison Young, where he led the firm’s dilapidations service line.
Ollie Hill joins as an associate from Hollis Global, where he spent the last seven years providing dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants.
In their new roles, Nash and Hill will work as part of the firm’s Central London dilapidations and lease management team providing strategic advice to mitigate risk for clients across all sectors.
Nash said: “I am very excited to have joined Savills’ market leading team. This continues to be an interesting time for the real estate sector with dilapidations playing a crucial role in the life cycle of a lease, especially given the new focus on ESG and its potential impact on tenant lease liabilities. I look forward to working with colleagues from across the business on a wide variety of projects.”
