Shaftesbury has secured letting deals for four new flagship stores on Neal Street, Seven Dials.
Monochrome fashion brand Absence of Colour has taken a 650 sq ft unit at 54 Neal Street, homeware retailer Rockett St George has signed for 1,000 sq ft at 70 Neal Street, independent watchmaker Mr Jones Watches has taken 364 sq ft at 53 Neal Street and creative community empowerment organisation My Runway Group has signed for a 964 sq ft unit at 29 Neal Street.
Vishal Shroff and Heba Hallgrimsdottir, directors of Absence of Colour, said: “We feel very lucky to be opening our flagship store in Seven Dials, a destination where we feel very at home alongside so many other likeminded brands. Our new Neal Street store is our biggest location yet and our first standalone space, and we are especially excited to collaborate with artist Zoe Allen to ensure the space is true to Absence of Colour’s trademark monochrome style.”

So far this year, art gallery The Hook and fashion brand The Ragged Priest have opened units on Neal Street, and lifestyle brand Adorn the Common, and sustainable women’s performance wear brand Dai, have opened units on Monmouth Street in Seven Dials.
