Manchester-based Sixteen Real Estate has recruited Rosie Veitch from JLL as an associate.

Veitch, who started her career as a graduate surveyor with JLL, will work in Sixteen’s office team alongside founding director Nick Nelson and Scott Shufflebottom.

Nelson said: “We are delighted that Rosie decided to join us after recently gaining her chartership and having an excellent grounding in the agency market with her previous employer. She is joining us at an exciting time with a number of our key refurbishment projects coming to fruition including, Mansfield Chambers, 22 St Johns, 60 Fountain Street, Clarence House and 44 Peter Street.

“We are also in the middle of game changing projects at 58 Mosley Street and Arthur House, which Rosie will play a pivotal role in taking forward.”

Veitch added: “After spending the last two and a half years at a corporate, gaining my RICS chartership and valuable experience in management, valuation and agency, I’m delighted to join the offices team at Sixteen Real Estate. I’m looking forward to this new challenge and getting involved with some projects that are coming to a head over the next few months.

“As a niche business Sixteen offers clients a bespoke service and I’m thrilled to be working alongside the team to provide clients with strategic property advice across the Manchester office sector.”
