Splendid Hospitality Group has secured a £62m loan from Leumi UK to refinance two hotels in Euston and Brentford.
Splendid Hospitality developed the 201-key Four Points Flex by Sheraton hotel in Euston, which opened in September 2024. The Holiday Inn in Brentford offers 134 guest rooms, F&B facilities, a canal-fronting outdoor terrace, a fitness centre and 600-person capacity conference facilities.
