Stanhope has secured planning consent for the redevelopment of the Kett House office building in Cambridge.
Designed by Bennetts Associates, the development on Station Road will deliver circa 160,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in an eight-storey building.
In addition to flexible floorplates and modern end-of-trip facilities, the development will include three landscaped gardens and a colonnaded public realm to extend the character of the nearby Botanic Garden into the site. Stanhope is targeting BREEAM Excellent, NABERS 5* and WiredScore Platinum ratings for the development.
