Steeper Group has signed for a 14,432 sq ft unit on Lower Bexley Road in Maidstone town centre.
The building will be used for the provision of service to amputees, including the manufacture, storage and fitting of prosthetic limbs. Steeper Group recently secured a major new prosthetic service contract with the NHS.
Alex Gale, partner at SHW, which advised the company on the letting, said: “As a Leeds-based client of our strategic partner LSH, we were delighted to have advised Steeper Group on the acquisition of this well-located unit to serve their patients from the Kent and Medway region.”
