US-based real estate investment and asset management firm The Ardent Companies has strengthened its UK team with the appointment of Michael Coles as an analyst.
Coles joins the business from Kroll, where he was an analyst in the real estate advisory group.
In his new role, he will support Ardent’s UK investment and asset management activity, aiding its acquisitions programme and work across its existing retail and industrial platforms.
