Stoford has let a new 38,650 sq ft unit at Spa Park in Leamington Spa to Wickes on a 15-year term.
The BREEAM Excellent rated development comprises nine units providing circa 500,000 sq ft of new office, R&D, production and distribution space.
There are now just two units available to let at Spa Park – one of 30,715 sq ft and one of 51,064 sq ft.
