Stoford has submitted a planning application to deliver a 1.1m sq ft, £200m GDV industrial and logistics scheme in Northwich, Cheshire.
Stoford Park Northwich will be capable of providing units ranging from 100,000 sq ft to 600,000 sq ft on an 82-acre site adjacent to Gadbrook Park, near Junction 19 of the M6.
