Kimberley Turner has rejoined Colliers from JLL as a director in the firm’s UK hotel valuations team.
Turner, who has more than 13 years of experience in hotel valuations, spent nearly five years at JLL leading a diverse range of hospitality valuation projects across the UK. Prior to that, she established and managed the London office for Bruton Knowles.
In her new role, she will be based in Colliers’ Manchester office and will primarily focus on hotel valuations across the North West of England and north Wales.
David Hossack, head of UK hotel valuations at Colliers, said: “We’re excited to welcome Kim back to Colliers and to our hotel valuations team. Kim is perfect for the role; she has a wealth of experience in the sector and is well known in the region, having spent much of her career covering the North West during her previous time at Colliers and Christie & Co before that.”
Turner added: “I am excited to be returning to Colliers and rejoining the hotel valuations team. I look forward to applying my experience in hotel valuations across the region where I grew up and now live, working with clients to provide the highest standard of advice and service.”
