Sunrise Real Estate (Sunrise) has leased a 673,000 sq ft prime logistics asset in Rugby to ID Logistics UK.
The asset was acquired by Sunrise in 2022 and it has since undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to reposition it as a prime logistics facility with strong sustainability credentials. The scheme achieved an EPC upgrade from D to A and a BREEAM Very Good certification.

Through a comprehensive refurbishment programme, we have repositioned the asset to meet the evolving requirements of modern occupiers, particularly around sustainability and operational efficiency, ensuring we were able to quickly secure a new high-calibre tenant for the asset when the previous tenant decided to exit its lease.”
