Telford Homes CEO Anne Kavanagh is retiring from the business at the end of June to focus on her non-executive roles.

Kavanagh was appointed CEO of the Trammell Crow Company (TCC)-owned business in July 2022, replacing Jon Di-Stefano. She joined Telford Homes from PATRIZIA, where she served as a board member and chief investment officer.

Prior to joining PATRIZIA in 2017, she held leadership roles at AXA Real Assets, Lazard, Cambridge Place Investment Management and JLL.

Kavanagh, who currently holds non-executive roles at The Crown Estate, ULI (Urban Land Institute) and Trinity College Cambridge, will remain a senior adviser to Telford Homes.

In a statement, the company said David Neuman, president of TCC Europe, will continue to oversee Telford Homes, supported by its existing executive team.
