The Food Warehouse has signed for a 15,000 sq ft store on a 10-year lease at M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea.
Sheet Anchor, which is part of M Core, acquired the retail park, which was formerly known as Fforestfach Retail Parc, earlier this month for an undisclosed price.
The 142,000 sq ft retail park is located on the A483 Pontardulais Road approximately four miles north west of the city centre.
Adam Martin, director and head of the Bristol office of LCP, which is also part of M Core, said: “We are delighted that The Food Warehouse has decided to open a large format store in Fforestfach. The commitment made is a strong indication of the underlying strength of the local retail catchment. Increasing the diversification of retailers will benefit the local community and visiting shoppers.”
