Tritax Big Box seals 138,250 sq ft deal at Darlington scheme

Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has let a 138,250 sq ft unit at Symmetry Park Darlington to supply chain business Martin Brower on a 20-year lease.

The bespoke facility has been built to meet BREEAM Excellent and net zero carbon in construction standards.

The letting coincides with TBBD getting planning consent for the second phase of development at the park. Reserved matters planning consent has been secured for an additional 490,000 sq ft of logistics space spread across three facilities of 165,000 sq ft, 269,500 sq ft and 55,000 sq ft.
