Värde Partners has provided a £35m loan to a client of Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) to refinance a Amazon fulfilment centre in Scotland.
KFIM acts as asset managers on behalf of the borrower, a Korean investor, who has owned the circa 1m sq ft Dunfermline property since 2020.
The site, which was purpose-built for Amazon in 2011, is equipped with advanced robotics and handles the majority of the firm’s UK returns.
