Vastint UK has completed two lettings totalling 15,618 sq ft at the Sugar House Island scheme in Stratford.
Study Group, in partnership with the University of Huddersfield – London, is expanding its existing footprint at the site by taking an additional 10,742 sq ft floor, and independent ship management services provider Anglo-Eastern is relocating from Canary Wharf to a 4,876 sq ft office.
Both occupiers have taken space at Colour Works at Chimney Walk, which comprises 220,000 sq ft of education and office space and 23,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
