Vistry Group and L&Q have secured planning consent for 79 new homes as part of the next stage of the Heath Farm development in Partington, Greater Manchester.
The homes will comprise a mix of two- and three-bedroom terraced and semi- detached houses, as well as three- and four-bedroom detached properties. The new homes will be offered on the open market through Vistry’s Bovis Homes brand.
The homes form part of the wider Heath Farm masterplan, a major regeneration scheme being brought forward by Vistry Group and L&Q, supported with funding from Homes England.
Once complete, the 70-acre brownfield site will provide approximately 600 homes, a large number of which will be affordable.
