Accountancy and advisory firm Xeinadin has taken an additional floor at Lazari’s Maple House mixed-use scheme at 149 Tottenham Court Road in London.

The firm has signed for the 8,169 sq ft sixth floor in addition to its existing 8,474 sq ft on the fifth floor. The floor was previously occupied by Silver Levene, which has been acquired by Xeinadin.

Lazari will deliver a turnkey fit-out by June 2026, including a feature staircase connecting both floors. The fit-out will be designed by Team Projects.

Adrian Crooks, head of leasing at Lazari, said: “We are delighted to extend our relationship with Xeinadin at Maple House on a long term commitment to the building. Our partnered approach to delivery means we will deliver the floor to their design from shell condition in the most sustainable way and in the quickest timeframe.”

Giles Murphy, managing partner at Xeinadin, added: “Maple House has proven to be the right fit for our London team. The building’s amenities and location in Bloomsbury make it easy to attract talent and serve our clients across the capital. Taking the additional floor was a straightforward decision as we expand our London team, and Lazari’s turnkey approach meant we could focus on our business while they handled the delivery.”
