Residential-led regeneration business Zentra Group has signed for a 1,466 sq ft suite at Northspring I Spring Gardens for its new Manchester office.
The building’s on-site amenity provision includes a fully equipped fitness studio, roof terrace, communal kitchen and The Club (pictured) – a contemporary business lounge featuring Zoom booths, meeting rooms and a boardroom.
Jason Upton, chief executive officer of Zentra Group, said: “We’re seeing strong fundamentals across the housing market, with continued demand for well-designed homes in the right locations. Whether it’s affordable housing, homes for sale or purpose-built rental accommodation, the need for quality new homes across the North West remains clear.
“Our approach has always been centred on building long-term partnerships and delivering places that people genuinely want to live. As the business continues to grow, our move to Northspring gives us a modern, collaborative base in the heart of Manchester and puts us in a great position for the next chapter of our journey.”
Rosie Veitch, associate director at Sixteen Real Estate, which acted for Zentra on the deal, added: ”We’re delighted to have supported Zentra Group on its move to Northspring | Spring Gardens. The new workspace provides a high quality environment that aligns with the company’s continued growth, offering the flexibility, amenities and central Manchester location needed to support its next chapter.”
