Prime luxury real estate specialist EiA has recruited Matthew Jackson and Gavin Brent to enhance its offer and diversify its client base.
Jackson, who has more than 30 years’ experience in commercial property lease advisory, joins from Montagu Evans where he was a partner.
Brent was formerly a principal and managing director of Avison Young’s UK leisure business unit and provides professional and agency services to a diverse range of leisure property clients, including pubs, health and fitness, golf clubs, stadia and visitor attractions.
