The Office Group has leased 5,700 sq ft to ‘powered-by-nature premium lifestyle apparel brand’ PANGAIA at Chancery House in London.

The 125,000 sq ft building, which officially launched this week, is the group’s largest and “most ambitious” workspace to date.

The Office Group acquired the landmark building on Chancery Lane in 2019 and it has undergone a complete transformation led by dMFK Architects and Norm Architects.

More than a quarter of the workspace is dedicated to wellness, with on-site amenities including a fitness suite operated by Manor London. The building, which has achieved WELL Platinum and BREEAM Excellent, boasts an abundance of natural light, air quality monitoring mechanisms, outdoor terraces and a calming design and colour palette throughout.

Enrico Sanna, CEO of The Office Group, said: “Today represents an exciting milestone for The Office Group. We are delighted to welcome PANGAIA as we open the doors to Chancery House. Their forward-thinking approach and commitment to an earth-positive business model resonate with The Office Group’s values and our ambitions for this property.

“Chancery House offers unrivalled customer experience and a space for those who recognise that the office is no longer simply a commodity but a vital tool for ensuring employee health and wellbeing – both of which are key factors for driving productivity and ultimately, business performance. The building is truly a standout in London, with facilities and amenities that staff will want to come to work for.”
