Structure Tone London has been appointed to deliver the circa £22m redevelopment of 21 Southampton Row and Vernon & Sicilian House at Sicilian Avenue in London.
The company has been appointed on the Bloomsbury Quarter development by CCP 5 – a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners – and its partners KF AM and Alchemy.
The redevelopment of the Grade II listed buildings involves structural alterations and a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment.
The project, which will deliver 52,000 sq ft of office space and 9,000 sq ft of retail on the ground floor, is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC B. Practical completion is due in Q2 2025.
David Hughes, director at Alchemy Asset Management, which is acting as development manager for the project, said: “We are delighted to be delivering another high quality office scheme for Tristan.
