St Modwen has confirmed that Polly Troughton, managing director of the company’s logistics division St Modwen Logistics, has left the company.
Troughton took on the role in early 2021 and helped the business build a logistics portfolio of more than 10m sq ft.
Prior to joining St Modwen, she was group investment director at student accommodation provider Unite Group, where she also sat on the executive committee. Before that, she was head of portfolio at Landsec, where she spent eight years working across its retail portfolio.
A St Modwen spokesperson said: “Polly left St Modwen in July 2023, having decided that was the optimal time to move on from her role with us. Polly was pivotal in growing our logistics business unit over the preceding two and a half years and she left with our good wishes for her future career and ventures. The logistics business has been led by St Modwen CEO Sarwjit Sambhi since July 2023.”
