Avison Young has appointed Anna Isworth as an associate in its place transactional team in London.
Isworth joins the firm from Newsteer Real Estate Advisers, where she held the position of senior surveyor, specialising in disposals, acquisitions and development consultancy.
Prior to that, she worked at Hadley Property Group as a land buyer in the land acquisition team and spent six years at Knight Frank, the majority of which was in the residential development team.
In her new role, her responsibilities will include acquisition and disposal of a range of residential and mixed-use development opportunities, across London and the South East. She will also provide development consultancy and professional advice to a range of public and private sector clients.
