Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) is seeking a development partner for a 15.6-acre residential site with outline planning consent for 174 homes.
The site, which sits to the south east of Milton Keynes, benefits from public transport links to the city centre, pedestrian connections, and has direct roundabout access off Groveway to the north, linking to the nearby A5.
