Bloom has completed a 35,417 sq ft ultra-urban warehouse scheme at 146-148 Brixton Hill in London.
The five-unit scheme, which was designed by Chetwoods, is the second development Bloom has completed in Central London as part of its £250m ultra-urban warehouse joint venture with TPG Angelo Gordon.
The warehouses are BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ rated and include solar panelling, EV charging points, enhanced power capacity, green walls and roofs and a 5.5m clear internal height across both floors.
