Avant Homes North East has acquired a 15.37-acre site in Acklam and been granted planning permission to deliver a 139 new home development.
The Avenue development, which is located off St David’s Way, will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom practically designed, energy efficient homes.
Work at the £38m scheme is expected to start in August and it is anticipated the first homes will be released for sale in November, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes next year.
