City of London office building fully let following Waystone deal

Railpen has let 8,078 sq ft to Waystone on the sixth floor of 125 Wood Street in the heart of the City of London.

The recently refurbished 1980s office building, which offers 65,000 sq ft of Grade A space, is fully let following the deal to Waystone. 

Alex Luker, asset manager at Railpen, said: “We are delighted to welcome Waystone as the final tenant at 125 Wood Street.
