Zephyr X has secured planning consent for a new £70m build-to-rent (BTR) development in Manchester city centre.
The 23-storey scheme at the corner of Carnarvon Street and Cheetham Hill Road will provide 237 one- and two-bedroom apartments and a ground floor commercial unit.
Designed by Manchester-based architects Hawkins\Brown, the scheme will provide an “elegant and composed addition” to the Manchester skyline, complementing the cluster of new buildings emerging around the Great Ducie Street, Green Quarter and Red Bank area.
