Leftfield has acquired the 207,062 sq ft Prism Park in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, for £32m.
The distribution park, which is located close to the M62, comprises two best-in-class, newly built units.
The larger, 149,964 sq ft Unit 2 is let to IFCO Systems UK on a 15-year lease and the 57,089 sq ft Unit 1 is currently available to let via CBRE and Carter Towler.
