Native Land has appointed Alex Crampton Smith as senior acquisitions executive.

Crampton Smith, who has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, with a strong focus on Central London offices, joins Native Land from Edge, where he served as a senior investment manager.

Prior to Edge, he spent more than five years at CBRE in the Central London investment team and he also previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield.

In his new role, he will be responsible for sourcing and executing acquisition opportunities that align with Native Land’s expansion and strategic objectives.

Alasdair Nicholls, chief executive of Native Land, said: “Alex’s proven track record in sourcing and executing complex acquisitions, particularly in the Central London market, makes him a valuable addition to our team. His experience and network will be instrumental as we continue to strategically expand our portfolio of prime residential and world-class mixed-use developments.”

Crampton Smith added, “I am excited to join Native Land, a company with a reputation for delivering exceptional developments and setting the highest standards in environmental sustainability. I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued success by identifying and securing strategic acquisition opportunities.”
